You do not need to be home at all! We just ask that your gate is unlocked and clear of any obstructions on your scheduled service day. If your gate requires a key or code, you can easily securely save that information in your client profile during onboarding so our team can gain access.

If your dog is friendly and comfortable with strangers coming into the yard, they are absolutely welcome to hang out with us! However, if your dog is protective, territorial, or aggressive, we kindly ask that they remain safely indoors during your scheduled service window so we can clean thoroughly and safely.

We scoop rain or shine! However, if severe Oklahoma weather (like lightning, heavy snow, or dangerous storms) makes it unsafe to work, we will pause operations. If we have to skip your day due to safety or a major holiday, we will always come out on the next available business day to clear the double accumulation, ensuring your yard gets completely caught up.

We are completely flexible! If your dogs will be away boarding or on vacation with you and there won't be any waste accumulating in the yard, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled day. We will happily pause your service for that week and credit your account so you are never paying for an unnecessary trip.
